CUSTOM OEM CENTER CHUCK

For milling wheel centers for 2-piece wheels.  These chucking fixtures are available as pneumatic or hydraulic.  Not recommended for certain types of proud-face wheels.

WILL NOT ALLOW CHIPS TO GET IN, AROUND OR UNDER THE OPERATING MECHANISM

CENTER CAPACITY:  12" to 21.750" diameter (built to meet your capacity requirements).

OPTIONS:  For horizontal or vertical mills. Pneumatic or hydraulic.

BENEFITS:  Easy to set-up.  Handles multiple center sizes without changing jaws.

ACT T-FIXTURE
Designed for wheel milling.  Select from either the automotive wheel fixture or the motorcycle wheel fixture.  Contact us for a special deal if you buy one of each.

Many of these are currently in use in wheel manufacturing plants. They work very well on Haas CNC Horizontal Mills (HS-1 Series).
