RADIAL LATERAL RUNOUT

This tester is for automobile wheels only. Lug hole or center bore clamping. Reads individual bead seat measurements and radial and lateral average measurement.

This tester is for motorcycle wheels only. Center bore clamping only.





STYLE 1
ECONOMY RUNOUT

Automobile wheels only. Lug hole. This is a manual runout tester.  Complete with a precision chuck with height adjustment.  Measurement mount is also adjustable.  (Customer supplies measurement gauges).





STYLE 2
RADIAL LATERAL RUNOUT

Automobile Wheels Only. Lug hole and center bore clamping.  Reads average lateral and average radial measurements.

 

OPTIONS:  Screw height adjustment of measurement arm (this makes it even easier to adjust and to operate).

PRE-WELD ALIGNMENT FIXTURE

Our Pre-Weld Alignment Fixtures are designed to handle a full range of 2-piece front or rear wheel drive wheels.  Each unit has state-of-the-art pneumatic controls with two-hand controls for safety.  Heavy-duty industrial design is excellent for any manufacturing environment and means these units will last for a long time.  All components are manufactured to OEM standards. The standard unit can handle wheels up to 14" wide by up to 22" in diameter. Custom units can handle up to 16" wide and 24" diameter wheels.

Valve Hole Punch

Designed to make all others obsolete. New innovations make this valve hole punch versatile and much more accurate. Features: Fully adjustable to handle all wheel sizes This unit incorporates straight and reverse punching Custom configurations available 440/220 3-phase Made to order for steel or aluminum spun 5 hp hydraulic power unit includes 2 complete sets of hardened punches for large and small valve holes Machine will be complete with all hydraulic and electrical components for hook up in your facility.
