Known worldwide as DENN, INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. was started as a family business by Joan Puigjaner Jane.

Based in Polinyà in the Vallès Occidental area (Catalonia), the company was established in 1885 and has the oldest machine-tool manufacturer license in Spain. Since the company's inception, it has been a dedicated builder of metal-forming machine tools. They have participated in setting up relevant metalworking and machine tool organizations and associations in Spain .

Their machine tools are sold worldwide under the registered trademark: DENN.

Today, they continue to design & manufacture machines that deform plate and tube by rotational methods. Over the years this technique has been developed and improved upon by their research and development team. They are an ISO-9001 approved manufacturer.

Zenn 160

To produce rims/outlining for 2 and 3 piece wheels, we recommend the Zenn 160. This CNC spinning machine includes multiple tools that allow trimming, curling and machining for the soft lip look.

 

LW-3 / 245 CNC

To produce one piece forged wheels, we recommend the LW-3 / 245-CNC.

  • Vertical CNC flow-forming and spinning lathe with three independent spinning rollers.
  • Designed with the capacity to spin wheel sizes from 15x8 to 26x14 in one operation.
  • Capacity to split & spin one piece 6060 aluminum wheels in one operation from either a forged disc or a forged perform.
  • Designed to have sufficient tailstock force to allow spinning in the tailstock direction without the use of a tooling/tailstock locking mechanism.
  • HOT SPIN Option: spins cast wheels to save material and improve properties.
